Just called and found out that the Hot Pot 2 does not come with any type of warranty. I’ve owned mine for less than 6 months, and the pot has already stopped working. When I called, I was told there is absolutely no warranty coverage of any kind and you are on your own.
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about buying one. You might want to keep this in mind before making your purchase! What a huge disappointment.
This Hot Pot 2 is heavy duty and made with quality materials. The product was received promptly, Would definitely order from C Palmer Mfg again!
New to pewter work, I decided the HP2 was a good, low cost starter pot. The pot arrived quickly, with no damage. I melted my first ingot, and it worked well, taking only a few minutes to melt a solid 1lb pewter ingot.
