The C. Palmer pizzelle iron just purchased replaced a 30 year old one which my wife made the best pizzeles all our family and friends were unsurpassed by any others. The iron finally wore out and we replaced it with a non C. Palmer unit. After a few bat he's my wife was totally frustrated, the pizzelles were not as good.
