Did my due diligence and research prior to purchasing. So glad I did! Awesome machine! Used it soon after arrival to make a Keto pizzelle. It was very easy-to-use and the pizzelles were great! I think the Keto recipe makes them very thin. With a bit of practice I easily got the pizzelle off the iron and into the oven to crisp up. Glad I purchased this as there are few tasty crispy Keto treats around. Clean up was easy, cooking easy and fast!

As soon as I opened the box I whipped ip a batch of pizzelles. The iron warms up quick, yet is easy to manipulate. The hinges are high quality, sturdy metal that allows for tight control. The iron heats evenly preventing one side from burning or bulging. Palmer’s Pizzelle Iron 1000 is a requirement when making perfect pizzelles!
The Palmer 1000T is the only pizzelle iron I have ever used and I’d never want to change. I bought mine at a local hardware store 22 years ago and have made THOUSANDS of pizzelles with it! It works just a beautifully as it did day one!
My mother-in-law bought and Iron Over 35 ago. We saw a many inferior designed Iron of On eBay and Amazon. We decided to go back to the manufacturer. The quality of the product buying direct from the manufacturer is the way to go. Everything else is a cheap Chinese Knock off mfg.’s , other possible vendors to avoid include Alibaba. Please don’t waste your time, money and efforts on something that is not worthwhile
