Model 7500 - Extra Thin Pizzelle Iron

I love this pizzelle iron and can't make enough of them. I have been searching for a long time to find a good pizzelle iron, like my mother-in-law had. This one is better!

Thank you for getting the pizzelle iron so fast to me. I was able to whip up a batch for La Vigilia, which included a batch of gluten free cookies that came out perfectly. I would suggest using King Arthur's "Measure for Measure" flour brand.

It works well. My only suggestion is to include a light that tell you when the iron is at its best cooking temperature. My old Marcantonio machine has one, and it is very helpful.

This pizzelle iron is exceptional. It is very heavy and well made. Since the iron stays at a constant temperature, the process moves along smoothly with consistent results and the surface is clean when finished. This is well worth the cost.

Purchased the model 7500 and it was a huge hit with the wife. She absolutely loves this gem! Well made piece of art!
