Always wanted to learn how to make pizzelles so bought myself the 7500 as a Christmas gift to myself. I used "Cristy's" recipe that was provided, followed all the directions and watched the FB video. They turned out perfect!!!

I was looking for a pizzelle iron, and i didnt want Chinese junk. I found the C Palmer co. by chance online and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very sturdy design, plus you can get parts! Where are you going to find that. I would highly recommend.
