After much research and reading the reviews on many, many pizzelle irons I decided on Palmer 7500. They did not disappoint!! This iron is well made and produces a perfectly thin crisp pizzelle.
I was using my grandmother’s old electric iron, crossing my fingers each time that it wouldn’t burn out. I had purchased a less expensive iron on Amazon but the pizzelle came out too thick. After reading about C. Palmer Mfg. in a blog post, I ordered the model 7500 and love it! It’s a simple but pretty machine and the plate designs are beautiful! The design details on the cookies are crisp and well defined and the iron is very easy to clean as well. I’m very happy with my purchase.
