I was skeptical about using anything other than my 50-year old+ Vitantonio iron, but Palmer’s thin pizzelle iron matched the thin, crispy quality of my classic iron. I’m very happy with it!
I bought two of these I like them so much. HIGH quality. Reviews say sticks but that is because the iron didn't heat up enough . NOT due to defect. Excellent pizelle maker.
OMG Grandpa’s original recipe is so good. The thin pizzelles make you want to go back for more. The machine heats evenly and consistently with each cookie.

Our 57 year old Vitantonio Pizzelle Iron died. I had been expecting (or more like dreading) buying a new one. Did a bit of researching before deciding to buy the Palmer Model 7500 and I was not disappointed!!! This iron is the real deal. I was nervous to use it the first time. I was afraid it would be a sticky mess. Just gave it a quick spray with Pam and it was good to go. A nice quality iron that makes perfect pizzelles. If you want a legit Pizzelle Iron, this is the one to buy!
