My family loves these little Italian cookies and the people that I make them for always want the recipe but the iron for a special friend.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Great quality, easy to use, and just what I was looking for to make homemade, Eggo-sized waffles.
I recommend this waffle iron with no reservations. Makes delicious waffles. Simple with no extra electronics or parts to break. Seems well-made, and I appreciate that I could order the iron plain without any weird non-stick coating. Easy to use, as in contrast to every other iron i found without non-stick, this one simply plugs-in (versus stove top). I like that it's made in the US.
Absolutely the best, we have order many of these throughout the years. We have two that are at least 20 years old and still working beautifully. Only drawback it you only ship USPS
I've searched for months for a quality waffle maker that is NOT made in China, does NOT have toxic coating and that can be plugged into an outlet. I cannot believe that Palmer is not on the list of any influencer or non-toxic kitchenware posts. It is such an underrated product that is in reality a beautiful peace of design. That's how kitchen appliances used to be: made in US, high quality, basic, functional, non-toxic, without bells and whistles. It does one job and it does it amazingly. We just made our first batch of waffles with sourdough discard and it turned out delicious. My toddler is happy, my husband is happy, and I am happy. This will be traveling with me anywhere I go. Currently we love in Costa Rica and it will stay here with me until we go with it somewhere else. I love it, please don't stop making it.
