A buddy of mine told me how good Belgian waffle cookies are so I ordered the medium sized iron. I found a recipe on their website. I found the recipe to be a little confusing because it did not say how much flour to add, but I figured it out. The iron worked great and the cookies are awesome. Cookies are even better when you put ice cream in between them.
