Best Cookie Iron

I have owned two of the models 1110 for over 20 years. Recently bought a new one for our daughter. These irons cook fast and evenly. It takes just 20 seconds of cook time, after it gets up to temp. Never any trouble. Great quality product. Thanks to C. Palmer Mfg. Co. Keep on making them.

The model 1110 thin Belgian cookie iron is terrific.

We've really been enjoying this cookie iron. Makes two perfect stroopwafel cookies, between which we spread our homemade filling. Excellent product.

Family tradition

My family is from France and my great grandparents had the single, long armed, cast iron cooker to hold over the wood stove. They brought it with them when they immigrated. About 50 years ago I was gifted the Palmer electric cookie iron and have been making these cookies every year since! I recently bought my DIL one to continue the tradition.

My Family’s Tradition

My dad’s mom (my grandmother) brought the first one in our family over to the United States from France, I don’t know what year but a long time ago. This iron was made out of I believe cast iron, had to be cooked over a stove top and you cooked one side then turned the iron over and cooked the other side of the cookie. My mom and dad used that for years to make all of the family Cookies. This is my third iron that I’ve had….. that’s how many cookies I make each year. 😂
