Chinese Almond Cookies

Best made with the Model 1000 or 7500.

3 Eggs                                         3/4 Cups of Sugar

3/4 Cups of Butter                      1 tsp. Almond Extract

3 Cups of Sifted Flour                 1/2 tsp. of Salt

1/3 Cups of Finely Ground Almonds

 

Add ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly.

Dough should be the consistency of a drop cookie dough.

Add dough to pre-heated iron.

Close lid and clip handle together.

Allow to cook until steaming stops about 30 – 55 seconds.

Remove with fork to cool on wire rack.
