I bought my first iron in 1983 and have used it every year for 33 years now. Still works perfectly. Ordering

I was gifted mine some 25-30yrs ago and it's still going strong. Making French cookies is a holiday
tradtion in my family and boy to I make alot(nearly 450 this season so far) between Thanksgiving & New
Years! I think it may be time to get another, just to get the production line moving a bit faster.
Maybe it's due to the amount of butter in our recipe, but there is no reason for the non-stick version.
This model will "season" up quickly and sticking will not be an issue.

We have had ours for 25 years know, was cooking cookies last night and the electric connection melted.
Have cooked at least three batches of 72 cookies a year with this iron. I am pleased with the product. In
the process of fixing the iron know.
